"I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. "This hotel was a huge disappointment. The pool is under contruction which was not that bad, expect the pools that were open were cold and dirty. Housekeeping comes every other day. The morning they came we were still in the room. They never came back. Our garage was never picked up for 5 days. We had to get towels from the lobby or take them from the pool. Parking was $29.00 a night even for guest staying in the hotel.The breaskfast was ok. Nothing special. I would not recommend this hotel to...
