"Had a reservation on a relatively busy weekend due to a concert. Only offered rooms on arrival were strictly “smoking-friendly” rooms. Understandably, smelled like an ash tray. I was offered Lysol if the smell was “too bad,” but that’s “about all that can be done,” according to staff. Denied any type of refund due to third-party booking. Uprooted the stay and paid for a different property’s room. Not great"
