"I was so impressed with this hotel. They were so friendly. The hotel was one of the most CLEAN places I've stayed. The morning breakfast was an added bonus. Great food with eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, cereal, juices, fruit etc. I would stay here every time when in Iowa. Thak you to the staff for making me feel comfortable."

"Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It’s across the street from street from the airport and close to everything you could think of."

"Staff was courteous upon arrival. The room was clean and had comfortable bedding. The hotel and the surrounding properties felt safe. A small hot breakfast of pre-made eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a make your own waffle was included."

"Weird stains on the sleeper sofa as well as the light fixtures. No additional bedsheets found in linen closet. Rancid smell in room, very few outlets. Roach found in bathroom, very stained and mildewed shower curtain. Refrigerator hardly cold enough to store food. Really dingy and unclean vibe overall, and very outdated property. Breakfast pretty standard. + 1 star for working AC."

"Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!"

"If I ever need to visit Des Moines again this would be my go to hotel. Everything was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the pool was a nice size, the workout facility was nice. I love the hotel rooms too. The rooms had everything we needed. I needed a two double bed suite but settled for a King suite due to availability. Everything worked out, we used the sofa bed. Breakfast was very delicious and offered a variety of options. It was conveniently located down the street from the airport and...

"Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We used the app to check in and out, so the only contact we had with staff was in the morning at breakfast. The women we talked with were friendly and helpful. We would stay again!"
