"Even though we needed the shuttle at 11:45 PM (it stopped at 12) - they still sent someone for us! 🙌 Art greeted us like it was 8 AM and not after Midnight - shared the deets and got us to our room in a timely fashion. Beds were comfy and Breakfast was delish!! "

"Room was dirty and AC was broken. They gave us a new room after we spoke with them. Then we went to open the door to the new room and heard people talking as I grabbed the door handle, two men walked out. I complained to the manager and he started arguing with me. This place has really gone down the toilet. Will NOT be staying there again."

"The hotel is really nice and the staff are kind and friendly and the room is clean and the grounds are well kept with a nice courtyard and gorgeous view. The bathroom in our room was TINY. You have to sit sideways on the toilet to not hit your head on the sink. But it was clean, which is way more important! My only complaint is about the other guests and the paper thin walls. It would be nice to have a noise curfew. The were men being really loud in the courtyard hallways after midnight,...

"First of all they’re falsely advertising as a hotel when in fact it’s a motel, big difference. Then after canceling my room due to that fact, they tried to say someone was smoking in my room in order to keep my deposit, which is crazy due to the fact that I had 2 senior family members staying in that specific room. I checked out at 6am to attend an event on the Marine Corps base and I’m quite sure that due to the conditions of the room when it was checked in to, sticky floors, previous renters...
