"Nice room in a good location. It was quiet with EXCELLENT blackout blinds that I really appreciated. Staff person was on extended phone reservation call when I arrived, and no one else was available, so a pretty long wait to check in; but what can you do other than wait? The exercise room was small but had everything I needed and very conveniently located. Breakfast was very typical, but I have no complaints whatsoever. The price was very fair; the location was a nice and safe for me and my car....

"Stayed at many casinos over the years Simple Park grab your bags and head to the front desk or so you would think Not at the Horseshoe As I'm walking to the front desk security won't let me go to check in because I have my bags and bags,are not allowed on the casino floor even though the front desk is only about 50 yards away straight ahead and I'm tired and just want to get some rest Security tells me I have to go back find 2 black double doors take an elevator and walk around the hotel...

"I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!"
