"The TV and the landline phone was not working., asked the staff to come fix it but never did. The QR code provided for the hotel’s information didn’t even work so there was no Wi-fi. The breakfast is good though and there’s a lot of parking. "

"Location is pretty good but is definitely a climb coming back from fisherman’s wharf and cannery row. Rooms need updating; for example, our bathroom window was broken and taped closed. Breakfast was good and a generous amount of food. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

"The room was very spacious and included a kitchen, which was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable, and the fireplace was a nice feature, especially since a storm came in and the weather was cooler. The windows and patio faced residential homes, and the area was very quiet, which we appreciated.
