"Great stay at Carmel Mission Inn! Had a room with balcony that faced the pool. It just so happened to be movie night both nights we stayed, so we could watch the movie from our balcony! Beautiful view of the hills as well. Room was nice, clean, modern decor, with the typical amenities. Staff was friendly, easy check in (which lucky for us was earlier than the check in time), and check out. Didn't use the pool or gym. Did use room service with the restaurant on site. Very quick and yummy, but pricey. Location was across the parking lot to the Barnyard, super convenient for dining, not so much for places to shop there though. Across the street was a shopping center with CVS, Safeway, other shops and places to eat. About 10 minutes or less to Carmel By the Sea, and about 15-20 minutes to Monterey. "

"The Normandy Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Stayed there now twice, we love it! Beautiful grounds pretty flowers everywhere! The staff continues to be warm and welcoming! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are cozy! The location is perfect for visiting Carmel. "

The breakfast each morning was nice and Brophy’s Tavern is a convenient option for a quick bite or drink. The food was delicious. We definitely will be back to the hotel! "
