"Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Room was clean and surprisingly large for a European hotel. Plenty of space for 3 beds for 4 people. Bathroom was equally large with both a soaking tub & shower. The hotel restaurant doesn't open for dinner, but they offer a discount at a local restaurant very close by (walkable) that has delicious food."

"I had a great stay at NH Bergamo. The hotel is in a very convenient location near Bergamo railway station, making it easy to explore the city and reach Città Alta. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety. I would definitely stay here again. "

"vengo qui da anni e purtroppo la struttura sta mostrando tutti i suoi anni di servizio l'aria condizionata e rumorosa , il servizio ristorante un disastro ( probabilmente mancava del personale ) ...e c'era una cimice in camera che ho dovuto catturare da solo che dire ... un peccato !!! credo che sia giunto il momento di trovare alternative "

"Honestly wasn’t the best experience. Room was spacious but that’s where it ends. nothing really is included in hotel room which can be understandable for most things , but the fact that their was not even a single water included either. I get that other drinks can also be extra or getting mutlipe of anything but their was nothing complimentary. With 2 guests I assumed theirs atleast 1 complimentary water for each guest but they charged for that and theirs not really a grocery store or...
