"The beds were comfortable, the shower was very nice and the free breakfast was a full sit-down restaurant where you were served a full, hot breakfast, as advertised. I realized we had stayed here before and I would definitely stay there again."

"I didn’t book this room expecting a whole lot it was one of the cheapest options in the area, and it was my first time visiting Lake Tahoe, so I didn’t know what to expect. Let’s start with the service: the staff was very friendly. My room didn’t have a TV remote, but the front desk did everything they could to find one. I didn’t really need it, but I appreciated the effort. The room was clean, which was all I really needed since we weren’t spending much time there. Our routine was basically sleep, get up, go out, come back to change for the evening, and head out again. If you’re looking for an affordable place with a clean room and a shower, this is a good option. The price was better than most other places in the area, and the location was convenient just behind the main street, making it easy to go out, visit the bars, and enjoy the evening"

A special thank you to Mr. Leif for his thoughtful recommendations and helpful guidance, which made planning our time in the area much easier. We truly appreciated his kindness and hospitality and had a wonderful stay!"
Station House Inn - Near Heavenly Gondola

"The regular room is small, but I have stayed here several times and I knew that. The coffee maker did not work and the refrigerator door would not latch. BUT, the onsite restaurant, Touluus(sp) is absolutely great and the onsite pool and spa and cabanas were great and had the entire pool to ourselves on one afternoon! The staff in the restaurant and bar are terrific and the owner is easy to talk to, the chef cooked out steaks to perfection and the waitress was delightful. The restaurant alone is worth staying here."

"Spacious, comfortable, and very quiet room. The facilities are a little dated, but the thoughtful details were wonderful, including disposable plates, utensils, and kitchen paper towels. Great location and very peaceful surroundings. Excellent value for the price. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!"
