"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

"My room was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and there were a couple of places to sit and watch the sea and world go by. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was good and the coffee strong. It's a perfect location for exploring Penzance, going for a swim in the Jubilee pool and taking any of the boat trips on offer either to Scilly or wildlife tours. "We stayed there on Saturday 27th June (mazy day) the room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and that evening there was live music from a local band so all in all a very nice stay tho I did find the bar prices a bit expensive 🤔"
