"Apartment is clean and spacious. Communication with Mint once we got connected with them was good. Made booking through Expedia, so initial communication was challenging as Mint said we couldn’t revise our reservation because we had to go through the “third party” and I didn’t realize that meant Expedia. Then we were supposed to get check in information within 24 hours, which didn’t happen so we had to go through loops to get that figured out. Check in info came an hour and a half before...

"The rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Good location, able to walk almost everywhere. Outlets and the Aquarium about an 8 minute drive. Would stay there again."

"Great stay,very well stocked kitchen. Cooking utensils and cookware, 3 coffee pots, Kerig, a small and large drip pot. The washer and dryer were great. Beds were comfy. Well stocked extra pillows, blankets, towels and washcloths. Pool was great. Short walk to a not so crowded beach. Only issues were... air conditioners were noisy and had a stale odor. Floors and throw rugs could've been a bit cleaner. Under couch cushions needed vacuuming. We were overall very pleased with our stay. Would rent...
