"If you want to have a lakeview, call Capital Properties. The lakeview cabins are all Time Shares. However, all pictures of the property on VRBO or on Expedia and even on the actual website all lead one to believe you are getting a lakeview condo. It did not indicate to call them before booking to inquire about a lakefront condo . The write-up did not how views of the specific condo, showing the outside in the woods. . We were not the only one. Our neighbor believed the same thing,...

"Plenty to do for kids. Clean. Upgraded our condo to a two bedroom bc they were gonna have to move us mid stay."

"Waterside Resort is an excellent choice for your stay to the Edenton area. Great location on the Albemarle Sound.
Very clean and spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely view from our unit.
We enjoyed every evening with a cocktail at the fire pit to watch the sunset.
Very friendly staff. We will return."

"Everything was good- howeverthere was an exceptional amount of communication. All I can say was there were entirely.” too many words and too many text & emails.”. Other than that, the property was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. . the outside patio could use some work with furniture, decorations, etc.. the bedroom definitely absolutely needs some blackout drapes. Vacation requires sleeping in!!!!

"Condo was very nice and felt very welcoming. Only bad thing to say was that while my partner and I were sitting on the couch we noticed there were fleas and we got bit by a few of them. Otherwise the place was great and I still recommend it."

"The stay was comfortable. We love the area and come every year.
Our vehicle was towed from the property on the day of check out. The parking pass was sitting in the car and not hanging. The parking lot was not full and only had a handful of cars.
I don’t like that they do not take the vehicle information for the parking. This made for a very stressful checkout day. "
