"The Hotel and the staff were lovely, unfortunately we did not have a car, so we needed cabs for shops and restaurants."

It was great being on Franklin street but honestly the building was a bit more older than what I was expecting for the price. "The staff were nice and our stay was fine overall. Two things require improvements: 1) the hallways frequently smelled very bad. 2) It’s impossible to relax in outdoor areas if other guests are allowed to play videos or music (loudly) on speaker. I would suggest putting up clear signs that having one’s phone on speaker in common areas is not allowed and actually enforcing it."

"Poor plumbing!! The sink kept clogging up..there were hair on the “clean” towels!! Overall the place seems to be falling apart from neglect!! The carpet smells super musty!! However, the location is great!!"

"We really like this property. Right next to a small pond, surrounded by trees, very convenient to the freeway and to a Greenway to walk or run in the morning, across from Aldi and food options. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, room was great and on the back of the hotel and sides it overlooks trees or a pond. We did not notice any noise from the highway. Great hotel."

"House keeping could be improved. Requested additional towels because they only clean every other day, and they would not bring them to the room. Made you pick them up downstairs. "
