Two things require improvements: 1) the hallways frequently smelled very bad. 2) It’s impossible to relax in outdoor areas if other guests are allowed to play videos or music (loudly) on speaker. I would suggest putting up clear signs that having one’s phone on speaker in common areas is not allowed and actually enforcing it."
