"The first room that we got was a suite so there was a couch in the room, upon entering the room it felt off. Maybe like there was furniture missing. The furniture wasn't in the proper place, lined up with the artwork, it looked funny. But also there was a rip in the couch and it was stained. One of the curtains was broken, the lamp shade was broken. We had a wonderful stay here last year but this year it felt a little gross. I am not sure if management changed or anything, I am just surprised by...

"Incase nobody tells you, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING! Nobody told me and now I have parking tickets to pay. I pay for the room and amenities but apparently parking is not one of them. The room was sub par and kind of dirty. You can tell they don’t clean with doors shut because behind them was lint, hair and crumbs from the previous clients. The shower also had hair all over the walls. It was an act of congress to get anything cleaned, fresh towels or a properly working AC."

"Needed a place to stay for my first couple weeks of work before we moved, worked great for what I needed. Breakfast is fine and the hotel is a little run down but the water pressure is great, my room was clean, and the blackout curtains do their job."

"This was the greatest stay from Simone at the front desk to Bill the manager and Noll (?) also at the front desk. The electrician who guided us to Netflix so we could watch a movie on our account was wonderful also. The room was immaculate and even included a bar of soap and moisturizer which seems to have disappeared these days giving way to secure bottles attached to the wall. The breakfast was surely better than most with spinach quiche, turkey sausage and turkey bacon. Lots of choices...

"Everything the hotel could do was excellent. It was the other guest that made it miserable, the pool was too crowded to use and people were extremely loud in the lobby, even the hotel personnel had to ask them to quiet down. We did see the breakfast when we got up but to be honest we didn’t even ask, we were just ready to leave. Again, it was nothing the hotel could have done differently, just a bad experience from other guest but I think that everywhere now."

"I love the aesthetics of the property and the beautiful reception each evening. I was less pleased with the urgency guest services showed for my concerns. Ie, loud neighbors and the inconsistent service from housekeeping. I didn’t think it was weird to want my garbage removed daily. I was there for five days and they removed my garbage 2 times, maybe."

"The room was relatively clean. It was nice to have the bathroom products available. There was no fan in the bathroom to purge the steam from the shower. The wall unit AC works well, and not real noisy as some hotels."
