"This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are amazing. The breakfast is great with so many options. We booked two rooms and utilized the Parkade, the breakfast, the pool, laundry and the in room amenities such as the dishwasher and fridge. It was perfect for families. The rooms were so spacious. We could easily park our stroller in the room without feeling like it took up all the extra space. The breakfast always had a huge mix of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, a protein, waffles, bagels and breads...

"I didn't like it at all, first we arrived no-one was there to help with the luggage just security guy who was very rude and asked me do I have reservation and look at the list we were tired and stuiped guy asking nonsense. The other thing was no water in the fridge or by the coffee maker and when I ask it they told me to u should buy it!!! I was in worst and best hotels and they always provide water. The staff was very rude and in the restroom they didn't put essential things like a toothbrush,...

"Don't arrive before 3:00 pm and hope to get into your room... I was an hour early but there was no room available until 3:00 pm at the earliest. My room, #218, was also extremely noisy, beginning at 4:30 am! Room is next to the Housekeeping room with laundry(?), compressors, etc. going steadily and loudly!! through a thin wall right by my head as I was trying to sleep. Terrible!! The room should be turned into a storage area because it is not fit for travellers."

"This a hotel that’s originated from a prestigious property then extended to a modernized building. Its computerized climate/light/curtains control stood out for us! We were very well welcomed by the front desk, the greeting guys and everyone who helped us moving all luggages from cars to the room (considering we were bringing two toddlers on our trip, we brought many luggages and strollers) . It was also very thoughtful of the frontline lady who provided welcoming stuffed animals to our kids....
