"This was my third time staying at this hotel. The property is so clean and staff is super friendly. The gym was perfect to use. There is a Starbucks and a Heal (açai bowls and smoothies) right across the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Thank you❤️"

"There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

"Had a really great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again"

"Rooms have modern amenities, but use of space could be improved. My room had a large empty space that could have been a nice sitting area or kitchenette. The terrace was nice, but the furniture outside was in poor condition (broken table, sofa cushions stained and dirty.) A few other oddities: our room was right above the restaurant which made for a very loud and late night on the weekend. There was an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machines."

"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

"Unique hotel, beautiful interior in a cool part of town with amazing restaurants and local vibe. Very comfortable (mattress from heaven), super clean, lovely continental breakfast. Will definitely come back! Small note: Weekend staff needs a bit direction as the hotel prides itself on customer service but we ran into few issues not worth mentioning in a review (took away from the overall 10/10 experience, but still fantastic and highly recommended."

"This is an excellent hotel. We had a 2 br suite for a decent price. Easy process throughout. Amazing restaurant choices as soon as you step outside. Close to so many attractions and around the corner from the metro. We will try to stay here in our future visits to Montreal. "

"What i liked: fast and easy check-in. Fast room service. What i didn't like: The very loud whistling sound from having too much positive air pressure in the hallways. Having to put wet towels under the door and weighing them down with my luggage to stop the high pitched whistle. The other guest having g to slam their door to close it due to too much positive pressure. "Our check-in was fast, the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was huge, very well equipped and spotless. The location is perfect - we were in Montreal for a concert and the Bell Centre was an easy walk. The metro station was also a short walk away and enabled us to travel all around the city. Lots of great restaurants close by - you can park your car and walk everywhere. So much to see and do! Will definitely stay here again. "

"The property has an over, microwave, dishwasher and a full fridge, which is rare to find at this price. The host responded to my messages promptly. The only issue I found was that there is little noise insulation, so the noise could comes in from outside and the hallway. But overall, excellent value for the money and well designed property in and out."
