They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . We’ll put it to the room once it! Until further on they told us that which we lost half a day! I expect more Communication and understanding that people come for far away for them to act like this! "The staff was awesome two things i recommend they should offer golf cart ride to the spa which is 300 meters a way from the hotel after a relaxing treatment no one wants to walk up a hill in the hot sun back to the hotel and the outside of the spa needs to be landscape to a more zen setting it looks like an abandoned fishing cabin "
