"There is a stench in the property. As soon as you walk in, you can smell it. Our room was worse. It smelled like a shrimp.
Customer service was mediocre. Not professional at all. The girl who had a duty from the evening til morning was wearing, what looks like, pajamas. She’s wearing flip flops too.
Breakfast was horrible. Eggs tasted like plastic and the pancake batter dispenser was not working."
"After hours of driving and walking, it was so nice to check in with Brian who was so welcoming and friendly. The lobby was neat and clean, and there was a coffee/tea machine available 24/7.
The breakfast room is on the 3F. It has a nice view from the window, and food was great. The sweet staff member manned the breakfast room alone, and she kept everything filled and areas cleaned. She was kind and friendly despite the large crowd of breakfast guests she was managing.
