"The staff was so friendly especially the lady at the front desk when we checked out dry early at 3:00am, she even had coffee ready for us to take to go. "

"When we arrived at 10 PM they did not have a room for us. The front desk clerk offered to go up and clean a room so we did not have to go elsewhere. After about a half an hour she came back and gave us the room on a floor with a bad smell, but it was not in the room. Checkout was seemless the next morning."

"We enjoyed our stay! A little disappointed we weren't able to use the free wine tasting voucher (only stayed one night and the tasting room was closing when we checked in), but not a huge deal. The hotel was beautifully decorated and complimentary breakfast was tasty. Some of the room features could use some TLC. Our door handle was loose, would have liked more pillows, and lighting in the bathroom was awkwardly placed (at eye level right next to the toilet). Going at an off-peak time was nice -...
