"The room was clean, the staff was always present if you needed something. The area was well kept. The breakfast was a downfall of the stay. The coffee machine did not work properly. The juice machine was dispersing a watery substance but it wasn't juice. The waffles were good but There was no selection of any type of eggs. There was bread present but the toaster was out of order so we were not able to have toast. 2 of the 4 creamer containers were empty. I know the employee that was in the area...

"Elevator was broken; stairway dirty, room was dirty; 3 cans of beer in refrigerator from previous guest??? When we turned the air on; smelled like urine- breakfast food fair; plastic ware and plates so cheap could not cut with w/ knife or fork; thin fragile sterofoamplates; would have left on arrival had it not been late and we were very tired also room above us sounded like a herd of cattle stomping around; unable to go to sleep; definitely would not stay again"

"We reserved a king-size room with a balcony; however, we were unable to utilize the balcony due to the absence of chairs. Additionally, when I made the reservation, the room description indicated a shower/bath combination, but we were assigned a handicap-accessible room. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making every effort to assist us. The outdoor pool was designated for children, and at the time of our visit, the indoor pool was also occupied by many children....

"I loved the hot tub, inside and outside pool, and a lazy river! The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean."

"The outside halls and sidewalks was dirty. They need to use a leaf blower and blow off all the dust and dirt. After seeing the outside I was pleasantly surprised to see the room clean. I would stay here again if I’m in the area"

"Check in was smooth. There was enough parking although it was busy. The room could do with updating. The Aircon didn't stick to the temperature it was set at. You couldn't request no housekeeping. Breakfast options were limited and the same every day."

"No windows, no carbon monoxide detectors in nun of the rooms including the smoking ones, there language barrier with most employees, the room smell like smoke and fungus and u can’t open the windows there no way for the room to breathe, back door is always open when it says it has to be closed 24-7 for safety ,sheets unchanged and burnt, just overall not the place to stay with a partner, friend or in a family trip don’t come"
