"The carpet was dirty. Bathroom faucet was leaking.Spider webs and dirty to filthy on the window. One of the worst dinners you could imagine At night the room had bugs all around the lights as well as in the bathroom. The staff were pleasant and cordial. "The property is in excellent condition. The staff was helpful. The room was clean, large and our view was pleasant with a view of the courtyard and gondola. I would recommend and stay here again. The valet only option is expensive. Why am I paying for parking when I’m already paying to stay here?"

"Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel since centrally located which makes up for the small room size. The property offers a range of amenities and the pool/hot tub were clean and working. Good value for the buck. Definitely would stay again and recommend location to other couples."
