"We had such a great time. The room was fantastic with a great view. Nice to have a full kitchen. The hot spring pools were fabulous. I took the free water aerobics class and it was wonderful! Thank you!"

"Be cautious when booking through StirpViewSuits. The experience is not the same as booking directly with Palms, as these are privately owned residences and are not maintained to the same standards as Palms-owned rooms. Many services that are typically expected from a hotel stay come with additional fees. For example, clean towels cost extra, my room was never serviced during my stay, and I was told it would be a cost just to have the bed made. The room itself also showed signs of poor upkeep....

"Great place to stay. The condo is very roomy with all necessities (full kitchen and dining table, living room with plenty seating). View is gorgeous! Talk about being in the midst of nature! Get out on the balcony and smell the fresh air They provided plenty of towels and bathrooms are kept very clean. A few things to note: The property has a lot of stairs! We didn’t know about this and it was quite difficult for my mother-in-law to climb up/down 4 flights of stairs to get to/from our room....

"Pros: Very clean. Easy location for in and out! Just pay for the parking, then it's right outside the door! Cons: Bed left something to be desired, of course everyone has their own types! Can be a little noisy, if you're not used to it, right beside So Virginia! Were there for 5 days, and the hot tub was never operational during our stay.😔"
