We had to repeat the process because we couldn't figure out how to add parking to our bill, necessitating two trips to the check-in desk just to complete the process. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Only thing I really loved was the pool. The room itself is pretty useless. Fridge is way too small to fit anything. No microwave to heat up left overs, not enough drawers to place clothes, no plug/outlet to charge our phones next to the bed, only outlets are away from the bed so you have to get up to get your phone. Wifi didnt work on my phone but it did for my friends phone. The elevators take forever and you have to press the button multiple times for the door to actually open. The hotel...
