"I was so disappointed, I reserved a room with the view of the city. I called the hotel to inform that I would check in late, the staff member who answered my call stated that she had reserved a nicer room making sure I kept the view of the city, when I checked in, the staff member that attended to me said that he couldn’t give me a room with a view of the city and wanted to charge more. I was disappointed and didn’t want to make a scene so I took it. I reserved originally for a view of the city anyway other than that incident everything else was great. Clean room."

"Enjoyed the stay. The resort fee is a bit much. So much that I will probably find another place to stay that doesn't charge this fee, will let you have more internet access than just two devices, or where you can actually sit in a lounge chair at the pool without having to pay extra. Shouldn't those amenities be included in that crazy resort fee? Sloane and Belon Hendrix were the absolute perfect cocktail waitresses. I would give these two lovely ladies a perfect 10. Flamingo, you better be good to them because there were a few who weren't so friendly."

"This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. I love everything about it. The rooms, bathrooms, shops, and casinos are incredibly clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I am happy and completely satisfied with our stay at Caesars Palace. I would definitely recommend this place."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room I stayed in was nice. I wished they had more channels to watch on TV. The casino was nice. The location was great. If you needed to catch a lyft or Uber it was easy to find the location. Public transportation was in a nice location. The other thing was. I wished the air conditioner was adjustable. I stay hot no matter the season. I sleep better when it's cold in a room. But it was a nice stay. I would stay there again."
