Staff show you a “parking diagram” and don’t properly explain that you have to stay within a certain areas of the parking lot and fail to mention there is two parking lots. I and another person ended up getting a ticket because of poor communication. There was a disgusting smell throughout the whole night, that other customers were also complaining about. When notified, staff didn’t accommodate and just gave us a poorly made and ineffective...

"Would not recommend at all.!! Staff was helpful and friendly but ge overall stay was horrible. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty to where I had to go to wal.art to buy lysol and cleaning supplies so I could take a shower that had no hot water the whole time I was there. The property was quiet but I felt unsafe the whole time, I took my luggage with me when I left at night. Over all I would not recommend staying here."
