Cons: Check-in was terrible. We had to go back to reception three times due to the wrong room. After a long day of travelling this was very tiresome. Coffee maker was broken and had water in it from the previous guest. Hairs in the bathtub and floor. Body Wash was broken and not able to dispense. Exterior windows were very filthy. One of two elevators in the Ascot tower was broken, but they did repair it quickly. Based on the price of the unit we expected more. Pros: Great centre strip location and great view of the Bellagio fountains. Room was a good size. Included parking at the Cosmo was convenient. Access to the Chelsea pool at the Cosmopolitan was a nice bonus. Full size fridge was handy for drinks and leftovers.

The property is exactly how it stated. It is centrally located and attaches to the Cosmopolitan Hotel from the inside. So you have full access to the strip and casinos without paying the full casino hotel price. I would totally stay here again with my family or friends. It was a great deal.

Lugar muy bien ubicado , limpio y funcional , solo tomar en cuenta que en una de las torres uno de los accesos requieren el uso de escaleras en el primer piso , en mi caso al ir acompañado por adultos mayores nos generó búsqueda de rutas alternas para llegar a la habitación

Honestly, we actually like this place because the area is in the middle of strip where we can easily go to different hotels it's also a good place to stay because it's a family place and good for big group. The only inconvenience we experienced is that from Day 1 to Day 4 we encounter this water leak issue so we've been only using a one shower room for all of us which is a total of 9. I am really hoping that you will give us at least some discount with this inconvenience because we plan to go back to Las Vegas in the near future and book this room again. I am hoping for your consideration and I look forward to hear some good deals from you. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed! We arrived on Wednesday and checked into Unit on the 11th floor, the Penthouse Suite with Fountain View, which I had paid for months in advance. On the first day, we inspected the unit to make sure everything was working properly. Almost immediately, we discovered that the toilet was clogged and that the air conditioning in the bedroom was not working. There was also a significant temperature imbalance between the living room and bedroom, making the suite extremely uncomfortable. I wish I can say more but apparently I cannot submit an honest review without being given a list of how to’s

I didn’t realize when I booked it was a private property and not a hotel, there is no flex in room availability, they will not let you check in early even if the room is ready unless you pay 55 dollars more and only up to an hour early, we couldn’t even get access to the pool. The room was big and had everything we needed, beds were hard and springy. Pools were good and staff were nice!
