This is my third time staying at this property. The staff is always friendly and I always get what I’m expecting. Yes, some of the furniture has a scuff here or a chip there but, overall, that is small potatoes compared to the excellent service and wonderful experience I’ve had this time and both times before.

The room was dirty! We found out it was privately owned. Spa tub was disgusting. Staff was fantastic. If I was to stay not in the privately-owned suite. Make up mirror had make up from prior guest. Tub had soap scum and hair. I will never stay in a privately-owned room again.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the Strip, and an enclosed walkway to the MGM Grand. The pool was excellent, and valet parking included in the price is an amazing deal. The unit itself was dated. The carpet was dirty. The taps in the bathroom leaked and the tap in the kitchen was loose. We called to have the above issues addressed, and within an hour our carpet was cleaned and the taps were fixed. No complaints about the response, just a bit disappointed that we needed to call in the first place. The kitchen is also small with only a mini fridge, a 2 burner stovetop, and limited pots/dishes/cutlery. The unit is individually owed, so when we called the Front Desk, we were told that we had to contact property management company (LSI Resorts). Overall a good experience. I would stay here again.

My stay was perfect. There is a lot to rave about: Location: with moderate walk times to some of the best strip action. The monorail really expands this. Pools: Between the Lazy River complex and the private pools of the Towers, you will not get bored. PRO TIP - lazy River tubes can be purchased at ABC stores and Walgreens for $5.99 then keep an eye out for people leaving, who want to give away their expensive tubes and then pass yours down to a little kid. Views: Great strip views Food: excellent restaurants and food court PRO TIP get the souvenir cup and you have a lifetime supply to MGM fountain drinks at any of their properties. This includes high-end drinks like Nathan's fresh squeeze lemonade. Also, get yourself an MGM credit card giving you Pearl status for free parking and restaurant discounts. Room: spacious with full kitchen, mine had a balcony and a jetted tub with two showers for a quick rinsing. Parking: effortless valet parking available Staff: extremely helpful and friendly

We love The Signature as a whole. It’s a great place to stay. The staff is always wonderful and professional! We have stayed here previously and have had wonderful rooms. Some rooms like this one are individually owned. The room is showing wear and is definitely in need of repair. The carpet is frayed. There is some form of cover out on the couch cushions. There were broken switches and a few other items within the room. A little maintenance would go a long way. And the rest of the light colored couch had stains. Cleanliness is lacking. There were dirty door and door frames with hand prints that a cleaning crew could clean and it would take 5 minutes and make the place look better and give a better impression. We found a previous tenements food in the refrigerator/freezer which is totally gross. There was some black mold in the grout of the shower. No mattress pad on the mattress. The flat sheets instead of a fitted sheet didn’t fit well and it kept coming off. Based on the status of the room, I paid too much. I really hope this owner reads this and performs corrective actions as a little maintenance and better cleaning would make the guest experience better. Also, I suggest getting a larger trash can.

Lack of trash cans in room, having to pay for towels was stupid, uncomfortable furniture (bed, couch and chairs), awful TV setup, they frequently closed the valet entrances before the posted time. The bathroom was nice, loved the Jacuzzi tub. Would never stay here again.
