We love staying at the MGM Signature usually. Unfortunately this stay we booked with Luxury Suites International and boy was that a mistake! The room was dirty, sink full of hair, tub and shower had mold, and the last day we encountered a HUGE ROACH!!!! I have photos of everything. There was paint falling off the ceiling, cracks everywhere, table was tore up, windows were dirty. I would NEVER stay with them again. By the way they don't come and clean or remove trash without an extra fee for EVERTHING. We stayed a week and they would give us a complementary mid week refresh without an extra charge. Completely ridiculous!

The room had an odor like a rotting animal carcass. The room was booked through Expedia and was billed as the luxury suites but was opaquely booked through a 3rd party management company who didn’t take care of the issue after 24 hours of trying. I had to book a completely new reservation somewhere else. They have yet to refund my money and Expedia refuses do good customer service and refund my money on their behalf. Buyer beware.

Property very clean. Room? Needs a deep clean for sure but these are privately owed rooms that get turned over by a contract cleaning company not by the ‘hotel’. We stayed for 6n and there were NOt enough hand towels, facecloths, garbage bags and toilet paper. I was NOT about to call for extra anything as there was a fee associated. Bought own extra tp and reused the plastic bags from purchases and grabbed extra pool towels. Common areas very clean, great restaurants on site, easy access to Strip and other casinos. Monorail very close, Allegiant stadium 30min walk, t-mobile 15min walk. Safe, great views on higher levels and beautiful pools and grounds with access to MGM Pool a good perk. Very secure, felt safe at all hours. Will absolutely stay here for every trip to Vegas!

The room was so dirty! There was even a used band-aid and stuff under the bed! Dirt/dust all around the edges of the room where it wasn't vacuumed. The carpets were so stained and disgusting, (you don't want to walk barefoot!!) so was the couch. The bed matress sunk down really low on each side of the bed with a high spot in the middle. The dishes and microwave were dirty. The windows were smeared so much I had to clean them just to see out of them clearly. One bathroom sink was clogged the other one leaked all over the counter so much we had to wrap a towel around the faucets. The kitchen sink drained slow, turned out the garbage disposal was broken which maintenance did come in and replace. As far as staff goes they were AMAZING!

Good points 1.The hot tub is good, working, faucets are nice, clean. There were couple of jet stream regulators missing, but overall, promised private jacuzzi is there, no doubt And bathroom is a real room, spacious, marble and mirrors, with separate toilet room (!) and shower room - truly special. 2. Walk-in balcony with the view and access to fresh air (!) 3. Little kitchen happened to be useful for late/ early meals. It is elegantly incorporated into room environment, cookware and set of dishes, glasses, all - very cute and simple, good quality. Bad points. 1.TV/ remote (?) does not work properly - very annoying. 2. Not enough electrical outlets next to the bed and coach 3. Big chair looks a bit oldish. Staff was EXCELLENT, very helpful plus great attitude. Truly, people make this place great!

Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und mit Küche, Kühlschrank und Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Auch der klimatisierte Zugang zum MGM Grand und Pool inkl. Lazy River lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Schlafsofa muss bei Buchung über LSI selbst bezogen werden. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich kann The Signature sehr empfehlen.

I wish you would add a bottle of water to the room for customers because vegas water is gross. It even makes it better to make coffee. Also had a liquid creamer instead of powder, those are my suggestions.

I was really hopeful when I arrived—the exterior and lobby were clean and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and inviting. Unfortunately, the positive first impression didn’t carry over once I entered the room. The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. Surface area's were clean but a deep clean overall was lacking with mold in the shower area and the faucet taps leaking when you turned on, overall condition made it uncomfortable to settle in. On top of that, the furniture was extremely dated and worn, which added to the feeling that the room hadn’t been maintained for a long time. It’s disappointing because the staff clearly care, and the common areas show potential. However, the room itself is the core of the stay, and in its current state, it simply didn’t meet basic expectations. I hope the hotel invests in updating the rooms and improving housekeeping, because with those changes, it could be a much better experience.

This hotel needs an overhaul. The room space is generous but it is looking dingy and tired. There was caulking lifting badly in the shower, doors and trims have badly damaged signs of wear and tear, the couch had covers over the original cushions... spend some money Signature and MAINTAIN your property. Oh, and the bed was one of the worst I've ever had the displeasure of trying to get sleep in. I stayed awake until 3am tossing and turning trying to get comfortable but the matress is so hard it caused aches and pains in my hips and knees. I wont be staying here again unless I hear that they have remodeled.

Lack of trash cans in room, having to pay for towels was stupid, uncomfortable furniture (bed, couch and chairs), awful TV setup, they frequently closed the valet entrances before the posted time. The bathroom was nice, loved the Jacuzzi tub. Would never stay here again.

I was in town for a large convention and by the time we confirmed attending most hotels were booked. I had stayed at MGM Grand before so knew The Signature would be great! It definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely book there again.

They Don’t Offer Room Service Which Is Insane Considering The High Profile Of The Hotel. Room was amazing but no housekeeping the whole weekend. I Jus Didnt Expect Average Service. Wasnt Bad Just Average.

February 2026. Went to Vegas to see the Eagles at the Sphere and chose to stay at the Signature as we had stayed here before. Previously we had booked thru MGM this time we booked thru ILS as we got a premier corner suite for the same price. Overall we were very happy with our choice. The rooms were clean, had great views and all the facilities we needed. Previously we had been in Tower 1 and this time we were in Tower 3. The decor of the rooms is identical just a little further to walk to get to the MGM Grand, it’s all inside though with some escalators so no problem for us. Overall the suite was great although they are starting to look a bit tired, but the showers, spa bath, fridge, cooker and everything else all worked fine and were clean. If you don’t mind the walk the Sig is a great place to stay as it is quiet and smoke free, uber will pick you up from reception or you can walk out the MGM Grand and you are on the strip. We would recommend.
