"The hotel I neat and clean, very good staff and breakfast was good also. The room was smaller when you consider Marriott group. Just like the size of an ordinary hotel. The bathroom door was sliding and not locking properly. Hence it was not felt secure and private. Water pressure in the shower was not at all appreciating, when I brought to attention and requested to change, I was told same every room. The breakfast was good but same stuff. "The front desk indicated they were sold out that night. Then told me my room was on the second floor (without an elevator ) I told them because of my age (85) and my health, the was no way I could climb stairs, let alone with a heavy suitcase. I would be unable to use that room. The lady did some checking and advised me she was able to change my room and I would be able to stay on the main floor, for which I was very grateful."

Staff were rude and dismissive on checkout, as if I was somehow an inconvenience to them by merely asking about the check-out process, deposit return, and obtaining a copy of my receipt. "Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was typical with few added items. Updated equipment to manage on your own for pancakes etc. Pleasant staff; greeted with smile and hello. smooth registration on line and front desk. Rooms clean, towel fluffy, linens crisp and white. Stayed 2 days for my observation."
