"The staff was amazing. The rooms were big and updated. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok. I will have one negative comment to make. The Hotel did not have an elevator it was all stairs. I was put in a room on the 4th floor. I have knee problems and that was horrible for me. When it rained the stairs would get wet and I was afraid to fall. I requested another room and they were completely booked. They should mention that on the hotel website. The fifth floor which was the rooftop...

"Let me start with we could not find this hotel. Our Uber driver couldn’t find it. We had to walk around and Google Maps could not find it. Eventually had to call and get directions. Once we found it, check in went smooth. Location is great right in the center of the walled city. The balcony was nice to sit out and listen to the bands down the street. The breakfast was good. There was a language barrier but we were able to use Google Translate and get everything figured out."

"Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. Will absolutely stay again on our next trip!"

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Ms. Gisela, housekeeper, did a fantastic job. We always came back to our rooms with clean towels and room. The staff from front desk to doorman were all amazing. I have to point out the delicious dinner experience we had. The ceviche, seafood pasta, steak and wine were absolutely outstanding. I recommend this place to everyone. The location is excellent, close to everything. You will not be disappointed!"

"The hotel is in the heart of the city within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Getsamani. The breakfast is excellent. "Excellent location and highly attentive staff. The women in house keeping throughly cleaned the rooms and entire hotel daily. Breakfast is a quick and not too heavy to start the day. Simple but tasty menu with different freshly squeezed regional juices, fruit and eggs as the base. To top it off very sweet and kind staff.
