"The room offered (2 double beds) was not the room we had booked (queen size). We had to wait another 2hours to get our room. The staff at reception desk was not friendly or helpful answering our questions. The hôtel location is far from everything. Not much around. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants comfort, luxueux and a good location to visit Porto"

"B&B Hotels was lovely & quaint. I enjoyed my stay very much. The bed was huge and I appreciated having a fridge in the room (I wish it was colder though). "A recepção pela Alison foi incrível. Ofereceu-nos vinho do Porto, café e bolo. Explicou tudo com gentileza. Nota 10! O quarto é compacto, mas adequado e a varandinha é um chame a mais. Café da manhã servido no quarto, adorei! O hotel é bem centralizado, em uma rua bem agitada, perto do trem e metrô. Enfim, tenho só elogios."

"I stayed one night here and it was perfect for my needs. They even let me check in early which was amazing. The staff were very helpful all a round. Breakfast was delicious. Early morning shuttle to the airport was on time. It’s also very easy to find for Uber drivers when you want to go into main Porto area which is only like 20-30 min away depending on traffic. I would stay here again."

"Das Hotel hat die perfekte Ausgangslage für Porto. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet echt klasse und das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und super nett.
Zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich zum Frühstück einen Brownie mit Kerze bekommen, was mich echt gefreut hat.
Die Aussicht auf die Brücke vom Hotel aus ist Wahnsinn.
Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen."

"While the room itself was aesthetic, my room faced the street and I was awoken every few hours by either pedestrians yelling or a truck as its a high traffic area. I gave it 3 stars because it was a bit noisy, the right side of my bed caved in so I had to sleep on the other side exclusively and lastly, there was some mold in the shower. The staff were really nice however and upon checking in every guest gets a welcome drink which was neat."

"Cons
1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer.
2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise.
3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...
