"Our main reason for choosing this property was it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, we were told the pool was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in working order. This should be posted on their website. Another issue is that when I asked for a receipt at check out the young man did not seemed pleased. He was not very receptive at all to questions or acted as if he wanted to be there. My husband did appreciate the breakfast."

"For the price, this hotel is fine. However, don't be fooled by a rating over 7/10. It is closer to a 5/10. It was clean and the staff friendly but the maintenance is terrible. The last paint job was sloppy, the chairs in the rooms have stains on them, etc. It's essentially just showing its age. The price was good but don't get your hopes up on overall quality."

"The staff was very helpful and courteous. But the room smelled, there were flying bugs in the room. The cover on top of the beds were stained and were very dingy, as if not cleaned. The bathtub looked very unclean and the shower curtains were dirty. With all that said, thank God we were only staying one night, I already had cleaning sprays and lysol. We were definitely not taking a shower and we slept on top of the bed with our blankets spread so we did not touch the covers. WORST PLACE I...

"The room was pretty much what we expected, and it served its purpose just fine. The room and the bathroom were both very clean. My only issue with the room was that the air conditioner was extremely loud. We didn’t have it set for super cold and when we asked about a switch the answer was could not be done as similar rooms were booked. I did find the breakfast to be a little bit lower than what I expected. All in all, it was good stay, but I do have a complaint about the booking process. We...

"First night, we were first told there was no room for us. Then, after arguing with the staff, we we’re knowingly placed in a room with one bed, a strong foul odor and a water leak in the bathroom with an inch of water standing in the bathroom floor. It wasn’t until the 3rd night that they moved us out of the foul-smelling room into the room we paid for, which was a room with 2 beds. After that, our stay was fine, but not great.
