"Our main reason for choosing this property was it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, we were told the pool was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in working order. This should be posted on their website. Another issue is that when I asked for a receipt at check out the young man did not seemed pleased. He was not very receptive at all to questions or acted as if he wanted to be there. My husband did appreciate the breakfast."

"For the price, this hotel is fine. However, don't be fooled by a rating over 7/10. It is closer to a 5/10. It was clean and the staff friendly but the maintenance is terrible. The last paint job was sloppy, the chairs in the rooms have stains on them, etc. It's essentially just showing its age. The price was good but don't get your hopes up on overall quality."

"Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe."

"The room was pretty much what we expected, and it served its purpose just fine. The room and the bathroom were both very clean. My only issue with the room was that the air conditioner was extremely loud. We didn’t have it set for super cold and when we asked about a switch the answer was could not be done as similar rooms were booked. "Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and provided with delicious, warm chocolate cookies. Our room was spacious and quiet. The complimentary continental breakfast was adequate and it's dining area was comfortably arranged. The location was perfect, directly accessible from I-581. And the cost was reasonable."

"The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. Our issue was that there was no ice machine,no cups in the room, the lighting was poor. Also, there were a refrigerator and a microwave, however they were not plugged and had to be moved to reach an outlet. The breakfast was very basic and the yogurt machine was not working"
