"The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. Can walk anywhere."

"Heart of downtown. Close to everything. You can walked to one side to the places and beyond a d thw other side to the Parque (equivalent to central park) and back. Great location. Building clean and room modern and clean. Bed comfy. Woke up to a baggie of small pastry and water at my door. Pleasant surprise. Very strategic location. Would recommend."

"Friendly staff but not as helpful as l expected for a 5 star. Hotel is in very good condition but not top. Breakfast is superb but very expensive in comparison to other 5 star properties. Best location near the park, train station and the main shopping area. We liked the room as it was clean and quiet but no balcony or view. Wouldnt stay here again as it was a one off experience and the cost is way too high for our budget."

"The room was sufficient, but a bit small. The lift worked but was very small—only 1 person at a time. The location was excellent, in the middle of everything and very walkable. It would have been nice to have ice available, but the 24 hour pizza stop just down the street is happy to sell some. Our remote control for the tv needed new batteries and the room safe was locked in the open position. It took over 4 hours for someone to come and fix it. They were kind and responsive, but took...

"Nice hotel, well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, but the staff managed to find us a room available so we could rest earlier. Well appreciated. Very clean hotel. We found out during our last days that a little museum was at ground floor, and free to visit. Great add on! We strongly recommend a room with doors, that can be opened to feel the breeze and the vibe. Liked the fact that the room was spacious, with a separate section with a sofa and tv."
