"Auto-checkin with mobile phone. Entrance hard to find. lnaccurate instruction to push door, which had to be pulled. No human in evidence. No natural light. A few rooms in basement of large building. Beds and showers okay. But location excellent and value pretty good compared with other hotels."

"Location - excellent. Restaurants - delicious and in the vicinity. Room, bathroom: clean but water in the shower toooo hot. Air conditioner- comfortable. Stairs: my heart opened its valves. :) Overall: 100%"

"Very modern, renovated rooms with excellent beds and fabulous shower. Ideal location in center of Madrid, convenient to walk to all sights and right near major metro line. The staff were extremely responsive, personable and welcoming. An excellent overall choice for a moderate price"

"what was advertised is what you got, friendly staff and good facilities"

"Clean rooms, excelente location, 30 minutes on train to downtown"
