"This was a great stay! I was visiting family, and staying alone. I felt the location was easy to navigate, safe, and comfortable. It was relaxing to come here at the end of a long sight seeing day. "The AM reception looked strict, tired and even the Reception manager was neither genuinely friendly nor being helpful. Except the old lady, the rest of housekeeping staffs we encountered hardly smiled and did not even reply the simple greetings (like hello or good morning). We took a taxi in the morning ... the hotel staff just dropped the 6+ big luggage to the taxi driver (when none of us was there yet to attend our luggage); he didn’t help carry any of them to the car and luckily they’re not...
