"The staff were very dry and unhelpful. They didn't want to engage in conversation or even say hello. Many times we would pass by employees and they would avoid eye contact and not say a word. The pool is tiny - not more than 5 people can be in there comfortably and the rooms were okay but nothing special. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop but you don't have to stay in the hotel to go to the rooftop. Don't reccomend."

"loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time. "Very comfortable stay in luxurious surroundings and perfect spot to walk around the sights of the City. We especially loved the Red Level lounge and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! We will be back again!"

"Alba, the manager, was helpful in trying to deal with Expedia to help me obtain a refund for cancellation of 1 nite - Ill have to see still what the result is! (I cancelled several weeks ahead of my stay but Expedia, nor the property responded.). The entrance to the property was very modern & clean, but the room could have been cleaner. No clean coffee cups provided the second day. Would have liked small wash cloths too. Great location for mall & the .park! Staff helpful!"

"The hotel was responsive. When you first walk in, the small lobby is nice. However, once you get to the room, you start to notice how incredibly tiny the room is. Can barely walk around the bed in the room, the living space is hardly a sitting area wirh a small table. The TV is so outdated its not even a smart TV. Thats not even the real issue. Bathroom door was broken, sink was clogged, paint on walls was cracked, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on rocks. We couldnt wait to...

"The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. ...

"The hotel was lovely, and our rooms were cleaned and restocked frequently. The rooftop pool was so nice, my only complaint was that it was quite small, and there were not enough lounger chairs for the amount of guests who wanted to use it. They also close the pool at 6:30pm every day, which further limits the pool use."

"Fue horrible con el calor que hace no servía el aire acondicionado escogí este hotel entre varios porque día siguiente salía mi vuelo por lo cual necesitaba un buen descanso pero con el calor en Madrid y sin aire acondicionado ni un ventilador eso fue imposible. Al comentarles el grave problema que surgió me dieron un cupón de descuento para sus hoteles 😒 y eso que era la king ejecutiva, cero atención al cliente y el cuarto estaba arriba de 300 Dlls la noche ojo ahí"
