"The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"Excellent Hotel. Located close to many of the main sites in Madrid. Only negative was finding the parking garage. Drove past it initially when we arrived b/c it is not very well marked and traffic near and around the hotel is insanely congested. We were stuck in a turning lane, had to turn right and it took over an hour to work our way back to the parking garage."

Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts kam die Reinigungskraft lediglich einmal, hat jedoch nichts gemacht, außer die nassen Handtücher mitzunehmen. Neue Handtücher wurden nicht bereitgestellt. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption angesprochen hatten, wurden zwar neue Handtücher versprochen, jedoch nie gebracht. Die Abflüsse im Bad haben unangenehm gerochen, wobei sich der Geruch...
