"Fabulous apartment, roomy with a separate lounge, well equipped kitchen. Great to have access to laundry. Reception staff were excellent with recommendations on everything from nearby supermarkets, sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Location is superb, short walk to central Madrid. I would stay again without hesitation."

"The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"You owe for breakfasts. ...I paid when I arrived....No.... Let me check- oh I see ok" Some of this is a lost in translation problem but the effect is to make the customer feel like they are annoying the staff."
