"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

Our Sweet room was stylish and very well equipped and the hotel was in a great location for exploring Palma with great bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had breakfast included in our package and it is well worth it - delicious and huge portions! We also loved the pool area and used it almost everyday of our stay. Gorgeous hotel and highly recommend!"
