"Excellent stay. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. The layout of the room, bathroom and living space at the entry were well organized and provided me with plenty of space. The large courtyard during nice weather is a nice amenity providing an opportunity to relax outside, The decoration and design of the libby and cafe was tasteful and projected the sophistication of a modern Milan design hotel. I look forward to my next visit there."

"Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel. Communication with the staff was smooth and efficient, and everything was well explained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with easy access to transportation. The only downsides were that there were no toiletries provided, such as shower gel or shampoo, and there was no luggage storage service available. Other than these minor issues, the experience was positive."

"The Aethos Milano is a bit of a hidden gem, somewhat removed from the tourist jumble around the Duomo and Galleria. It sits on a busy thoroughfare and is almost invisible from the street if not for the small name on the awning. "I was delighted not to be the only person older than 20-something staying there. It was a bit noisy but I was prepared and I’m a strong sleeper so it didn’t keep me up. It was remarkably clean and the staff were very responsive. Great value, good location too."

"We stayed at Hotel Regina for one night after arriving late into Milan. The location is convenient, within walking distance of restaurants, gelato shops and the metro. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. The layout of the room also helped minimise noise from neighbouring guests, which we appreciated. "Very nice hotel with nice room and helpful friendly staff. breakfast was quite good with various pastries bread yogurt fruit and cheese. the hotel is situated near the canal district which is nice area itself but a good 20 - 30 minutes walk to some of the major city attractions. we used the metro to easily move around the city. the closest metro stop to the hotel was a 6 minute walk."

"Great location. Walking distance 10-25 minutes to the main ‘attractions’. Canal Navagli great for nights out. Famous flea market right outside the door twice a week. Saturday the best produce from the region food wise. Downside - building itself & no real shops in nearby walking distance or for convenience. Asked about lift but still have to walk a floor - tough with a disabled human. Worse issue was mosquitoes. Ridiculous amounts. All feasted on. Aircon was non existent (apparently set to 21/22...

"We had an apartment with kitchen. Sign on table said complimentary water and soft drinks in fridge. Nothing in fridge. No coffee, one tea bag. Every time we asked the front desk manager said he would send it, nothing came. Nespresso machine with no pods. Manager asked me “how much coffee are you drinking”. Rude and unhelpful person. To be fair, several other staff were amazing! Hotel is in an area that is very shabby, however, close to Navigli, and about 2km from Piazza Duomo. "
