I booked last minuite but hotel was closed because of the renovation when I arrived at there. It was already 23:50 or so. The hotel staff or security person told me that they are closed for renovation now so you can cancel on aplication. But I couldn"t cancel through aplication and even couldn't get any help. I cannot request refund for this reservation! Expedia shouldn't show this hotel while they close for renovation!

I like having breakfast outdoors on the roof. I loved my stay there in 2019. What i don't like is their refund policy even if you have to cancel due to Covid and countries going on lockdown. I have lost a lot of money that they would'nt give back and they are unwilling to change reservation dates.

The hotel was not very clean at all but we appreciated the free breakfast and the decent wifi as compared to other hotels on our stay. It's one of those places where you hesitate getting into the bed or putting your head on the pillow because -due to the dirt on the floor- you're not sure how clean any of it is. They did not provide towels or any type of toiletry in the rooms. Ultimately it was a fine place to stay for the price that we paid.

Most terrible and discusting hotel ever

First, we had to walk in the dark to get to our room which was on the second floor because they are saving up on electricity...it was really dangerous and weird. There was no sheet in our bed And no towels in the bathroom.there was a lot of flies in the room and some small parts of the celling was falling on the bed...in the morning we want to have a look at the breakfast area and I almost throw up when a saw the huge clouds of flies flying all Round the food and the tables... Unfortunately, I am not even exaggerating a bit... It was our only terrible night in Morocco...

Hotel en Casablanca

El hotel es bastante económico. Presenta un marcador diferente en Google maps, por lo que es difícil acceder a él. Es algo lúgubre, por la poca intensidad de luz que tiene. En las habitaciones sugiero colocar sábanas de algodón, ya que solo ofrecen cobertores, así como toallas. El baño incómodo, la regadera muy reducida. El desayuno en la azotea es muy bueno.

not worth the money

First of all, The location on google map was incorrect, so it took us ahile to locate it. Second,It took ages to check in. Third, The shower was leaking water and it gets everywhere in the bedroom. Ask room service for that was never meet. All though, The lady who work there as a housekeeper there did my laundry by hands with reasonable pay but of course they are still damp while i need to pack for next day even though we got lots of sunshine on the terrance and I required to make sure they are dried.

Je nai pas pris la chambre je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hotel est sur votre liste cartier sale et dangereux hotel sale et crasseu les lumieres des escaliers et couloires brules ou inxistants letat de la chambre affreux avec mauvaises odeures leau des toilettes coule continuellement avec un bruit etc jai quitte tout de suite cet hotel apres avoir demande a la recepcioniste d'annuler la reservation elle ma dit que c'est fait de son cote mais expedia devait faire le remboursement .j'attends une reponse avec mon remboursement merci

A little run down, but OK

The hotel looks better in the photos than in real life. It has potential, and someone had made an effort, but it feels a bit run down now and dusty in the corners. The room we stayed in had no soap in the bathroom, and the glass sliding doors to the balcony had no lock so were open the entire time. Its an OK place for a night stop over. We enjoyed the character of the place!

Nicht so toll

Handtücher lagen keine bereit, nach 24 Stunden haben wir dann eins bekommen. Aber auch nicht freiwillig. Nach Betteln gabs dann ein zweites. Man sollte dem Management auch sagen, dass Toilettenpapier zu den wichtigen Utensilien im Zimmer gehört. Die Mitarbeiter verstehen kaum Englisch.

Pas digne d'être proposé

Fortement déçus par cette réservation, nous avons du changer d’hôtel.... Les lits n'étaient pas fait ,nous avons du les faire nous même en demandant les draps( trop petits) Aucune serviette pour les clients, aucun produit de toilettes, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de baignoires à bulles etc... Tous ceux-ci étaient bien spécifiés sur le documents de réservation. Hôtel sale , ménage pas fait, chambre délabrée, lumière qui ne fonctionne pas dans le couloir, rien pour attiré le client. Très décevant. Nous demandons même le remboursement. Nous vous envoyons les photos ultérieurement, elles sont à la maison...

As a backpacker, I'm not too fussy.

Real basic, clean rooms. In walking distance from the mosque and medina. Used the hotel as a transit stop on the way to Rabat. Staff is friendly, but it is helpful to know some French or Arabic. Wifi only in lobby.
