The receptionist was not straightforward about breakfast arrangements. At check in, we were told the breakfast was complimentary, only to find it the next day that we had to pay for breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Lovely room, great bar and restaurant and very pleasant staff especially Sandrine who was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Will definitely return.

I was there for a wedding and the staff was very helpful in getting a cab for me to get to the venue. Location feels as if you're in Miami. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Beach is nearby hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. I recommend this place.

Beautiful Location
As the hotel is new and it's setting next to one of the most beautiful parks in Muhammadia including the nearby cafes and other small shops makes it the prime hotel in that area.

von einem Novotel hätten wir uns definitiv einen besseren Service erwünscht. das Personal sprach fast kein Englisch, das Reinigungspersonal betrat das Zimmer trotz des „Bitte nicht stören“-Schildes jeden Tag. wir hatten zudem Haare im Frühstücksbuffet. alles in Allem war unser Aufenthalt mühsam und wenig erfreulich. schade.

. La chambre 702 est sale avec une grosse tache sur le divan, et de petites sur les murs. Dans la chambre: 2 petites bouteilles d'eau minérale, mais pas de verre. Salle de bain est acceptable, mais il n’y a pas de savon pour se laver les mains. Il y a 2 TV dans la chambre, mais on ne peut regarder et écouter qu’une à la fois. Le muret qui supporte les 2 Tv au milieu de la chambre n’est pas esthétique. La salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner est trop petite, les chaises prennent trop de place inutilement, le libre-service est congestionné dès qu'il y a plus de 3 personnes. Ne laisser pas de voiture stationnée devant l’hôtel, il y a des risques qu’elle peut avoir des grafignes pour lesquelles l’agence de location vous réclame des frais additionnels

Erreur de clic que j'ai tenté de corriger immédiatement. Cet établissement n'a jamais voulu rembourser la nuit alors que d'autres déplacements étaient prévus dans la région et que j'aurais avec plaisir fait de cet hôtel une étape. Commercial = zéro. Facturer une nuit à 2 semaines de la date et quelques secondes après un clic, cela s'appelle aussi du vol. Si vous n'aimez pas les gens qui profitent sans vergogne, évitez cet établissement. Novotel, fini pour moi qui passe la moitié de l'année en déplacement.

Bon séjour chambre avec vue mer , la salle de bain etait propre mais manque de préssion d'eau. Chambre propre. déçu par le restaurant car les plats de poissons sont proposés sans accompagnement,peu de dessert originaux bref coté restaurant peu mieux faire.

2h a l’accueil pour résoudre un problème entre hôtel.com et l’hôtel. Ça m’a coûter une fourrure au téléphone avec service hôtel.com. La réceptionniste ne comprend rien même en lui montrant les réservations la confirmation et même mon prélèvement sur mon compte. Elle persiste que le séjour n’est pas payé. Plus jamais

Pas à la hauteur d'un Novotel !!!
Du groupe Accor nous attendons quand même plus de professionnalisme !!! La clim ne marche pas dans notre chambre et la proposition de l'hôtel était de changer de chambre pour une plus grande mais à notre charge (plus de dispo dans notre catégorie). Honteux !!!!

Je suis déçu. J’ai déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel par le passé mais cette fois la chambre était en mauvais état, j’ai signalé mon désagrément, le matin on m’a annoncé que je changerais de chambre, le soir ce n’était plus vrai. Chacun rejetai la faute sur la personne absente pour au final me dire que l’hôtel était complet ce dont je doute. Je dois y retourner prochainement, ce sera ma dernière fois si l’expérience est mauvaise.
