Hotel dekat Casal Santa Maria

"Loved our stay. Beautiful room, with balcony and mountains view. Be aware, if you have big luggage, they have a few stairs to go up if you booked a room on the second floor. The rest was perfect, location, plenty of restaurants near by, bars, the weather was perfect. Only down side, some people were a bit dirty, leaving the bathroom dirty BUT the staff took well care of cleaning everyday. Staff was very helpful. When we arrived, they had a breakdown with the wifi for two days but they corrected...

"Simply the Best"

"The staff was very accommodating and reminded us of old bed and breakfast places from years ago. They even had our breakfast ready early so we could get away early. If we come to Portugal again, we’d come back. Also, great restaurant recommendations."

"Nice, clean hotel with central location."

"Hostel is great! Owner is super helpful. Would highly recommend."

"Possibly the world’s best hotel! I almost hesitate to write this because it feels as though we’ve discovered gold in a world full of noise and sameness — a true gem I want to keep secret. But the extraordinary people behind this independent hotel deserve every bit of recognition. The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views and a wonderful location, but what makes it exceptional is the team. Incredibly professional, yet genuinely warm, friendly and engaging. In a world of generic, impersonal...

"This hotel is stunning, relaxing and tranquil. The staff are incredible and accommodating in every way. It is in a beautiful location over looking the water. You do have to walk or drive into town or to the beach but it is a wonderful walk. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area. The breakfast is fresh and delicious as is the room service"

"Very nice place to stay and very friendly staff"

"Grande chambre et salle de bain , cachet de l’hôtel, très bon déjeuner. Belle piscine avec chaises longues."

"What a charming hotel! We loved the wine hour hosted at the sister property, just 7 minutes away. The room (and view) were amazing, and the complimentary products on the room were such a nice touch. Breakfast (included) was personal and tailored to your order. A short walk to the main square, where you can easily get the bus or a tuk tuk up to the main attractions. Take the walk down, it’s worth it!! We would come back, 100%!!"

"Lovely spot, close to everything. We had the Premium Studio on the lower level so some bumpy, tiled road and stairs if you need to consider luggage (hard to avoid the tiled roads and sidewalks in Portugal, lol, but it wouldn’t be as charming without them!) Not much natural lighting or view, but we didn’t mind that as we spent plenty of time outside and I expected that when I chose this particular room (I’m sure upper levels had better view). Lovely shower with rainfall shower and alternate,...

"Beautiful location, wonderful staff, great breakfast!"

"This location was within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and Rainha beach. The quality of the bed and linens and the attention to detail was impeccable. it was like being in a protected oasis and Marco and the staff were so sweet and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, also very helpful if you’re running up to Sintra or sightseeing. We would highly recommend!"

"The facility is very close to everything that I wanted. I was able to comfortably walk to Pena palace, Moorish Castle, Quinta, and finally to the train station when it was sadly time for me to leave. The coffee shops do not open very early in Sintra, so I very much appreciated that they have a coffee machine in the lobby. The room is small, but it was exactly what I needed as a solo traveler."
