"Super nice hotel. Location is perfect to explore Napoli"

"There are many positives and very few negatives, but the negatives far tip the balance of the overall value and feeling we had. My wife and I flew into Milan for 8-days where we already had a nice hotel booked and paid for, however due to poor weather we decided to take a high-speed train to Naples for 2-nights. We had checked into our hotel in Milan, it was nice and very much had working air conditioning. Upon checking into our room in Naples we had NO working air conditioning. We called the front desk where I was expecting an explanation about how the local laws prevent the use of air conditioning in public spaces, but instead was told "we see the air is on and working". I confirmed it is indeed one, but NOT working. They said "WE WILL LOOK INTO IT TOMORROW".... which they never did. We didn't even need air conditioning, we just needed circulation of air as the room gets hot and stuffy without air moving around the room. SO the solution? Well what we thought was a window was not, but rather a shared balcony with the next door room. We were able to open our door to allow cool air to come into the room which was fine that first night, but the second night was a MAJOR problem. The second night the noise never ended outside--partying, loud cars, SMOKING. Finally at 2am, we angrily got up to close the door. We did not sleep much at all. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again, no matter how friendly the staff was, how good the breakfast was, etc. NOT acceptable!"

"Stayed one night before the start of our cruise. Great location right next to the port! Room was clean and provided the basic amenities. Be patient with the elevator because it was very slow. Nice breakfast included with stay. Check-in and out was quick. We left our luggage to wander around before cruise. That was nice they have this service. Overall a very good experience. "

"The room is small and old and this was shocking as the price is pretty high. The breakfast was rich with things that were not that tasty and the eggs were terrible. The team is not very nice I must say."

"The staff were particularly helpful, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. A generous breakfast that includes options for vegetarians. It's a bit out of the centre, so either a taxi ride or bit of a walk to get to the main attractions of the town. For example, it took us about 45 minutes to walk to the National Archeological Museum."

"Grear room, excellent helpful staff. Servicing and cleaning of the room was exceptional. Location of the hotel could not be better. Well done to everyone. A couple of gripes though. The roof swimming pool does not open until June 1st. Disappointing for those that like cold water swimming. There is the sea of course but not really suitable close to the hotel. I thought the breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad seemed to consist of only tinned peaches and lots of pineapple (even in the mixed fruit choice) There was only full fat (UHT) milk or soya (I think?) No skimmed or semi skimmed. The bread choice was disappointing. I cannot comment on the choice in the cooked breakfast as I (despite being British) do not eat them. The staff at breakfast were excellent and very attentive. Well done. Wouls I stay at the hotel again? Yes certainly."

"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."
