"Visiting in September allowed us to see the colors begin to change! The Sonnenalp staff goes above & beyond to meet your needs! We had never been the Vail and did have questions about directions, locations, transportation, etc! The concierge was amazing in not only providing guidance but also making arrangements to make our stay so much more enjoyable! We hiked, rode the gondola, shopped, ate at so many of the area restaurants so easily accessible by walking, visited Ford Park, went horseback...
"Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...
"This was our second time staying at Tivoli Lodge, and it was wonderful as usual. Excellent customer service, very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and eager to accommodate. The place is beautiful, love that they are dog friendly. We even brought a toy for Racer ( chocolate lab 3 rd generation) the lodge official greeter. Got a chance to chat with Diane the lodge owner, always a pleasure. We will be there again next October! ❤️"
