"This hotel is an experience from the moment you walk in. It's lovely and historical and full of character. The staff are very professional. We were in black pepper no 1 room with a 4 poster bed and roll top bath. While I would absolutely recommend the hotel for a lovely experience and a nice spa. Sherry, coffee and bottled water in the room was lovely, we did experience a few disappointments. The biggest reason for booking the hotel was the appeal of piano playing over breakfast....
