"Proximity to the Tower and modest price were my selection criteria. The apartment was spacious enough for me and my teen son for a night. If we were staying longer, the kitchen would have been a benefit certainly. The fly smashed on the wall above the bed was a bummer. Housekeeping missed that. Like many older buildings, there are improvements that can be made to the fixtures and whatnot, but I saw this as a work in progress. "Very comfortable room and warm friendly staff. We only stayed one night prior to flying out of Pisa, but the staff helped us store luggage before check in, recommended lunch, arranged an early airport shuttle, and provided breakfast items we could eat prior to their regular service at 8:30am. Super helpful! The wifi was inadequate in our room, which made online check-in for flights infeasible. We noticed the next morning that their main lobby had a strong signal. Good AC."
