Town House di Tuscany

"We arrived at the building at 7pm, we needed a code to access the building which we were not given. Luckily another person who was staying in the building was able to let us in. When we did access our room, there was no key fob attached to our key, which meant we couldn’t leave the building until the owner sent us a code. We didn’t see anyone in reception while we stayed. The room was clean and has a hair dryer. However, both nights we stayed there were groups of men outside the building...

"El lugar estaba limpio y contaba con lo prometido. Todo estaba renovado y en buen estado. La ubicación es muy buena y cercana a la estación de trenes y al centro de la ciudad. Debe mejorar la comunicación en el acceso. La mensajería recibida no es precisa."

"This is a scam. There is no staff, working phone number or address... the "Hotel" is a door behind an outdoor cafe that opens to a stairway to a door requiring a code... no code given and no staff, the phone number provided did not work and "Chat" communication had noone on the other side to respond. It took 2 hours to find the "address" and had nowher for me and my family to sleep. I had no alternative other than to find another place to sleep."
