"Stayed here for a visit to the Madrid Open tennis. Arrived at 12.30 & staff were very friendly letting me check in immediately before heading to stadium. Uber was €6.50 each way & was really quick. AC was nice & cool. Free bag of sweets. Would be better if there was some water provided, only way to get this is vending machine at reception lobby. Same with tea/coffee."

"Great hotel, defiantly feels like you’re in the Manhattan part of town. The area was just way too busy for us but it was nice to be a block from El Retiro. Although, I will say other smaller parks felt better for our toddler. The restaurant is excellent and beautiful. "
